A meeting of all the staff members of the J.S. Singh Institute of Pharmacy was held in the conference room and was presided over by Dr. Bhumika Yogi Director, J.S. Singh Institute of Pharmacy, Sitapur on 11 November 2023 at 03:00 pm.

Schedule caste and schedule tribes committee in an Institute promotes the special interests of students in the reserved category. It is expected to provide special inputs in areas where the students experience difficulties. Following are the objectives of SC/ST committee.
OBJECTIVES
- To guide SC/ST students of the institute in order to utilize the benefits of the schemes and policies offered by the state government.
- To Review and analyze all the matter related to SC/ST students.
- To assure that all the matter related to SC/ST students must be implemented in the institute according to the policy laid down by Government of India.
- Registering the complaints in writing from the SC/ST students and address it to concerned department, person, section for its peaceful resolution.
- Nomination of SC/ST students and staff members for committee at institute level.
