ANTI-RAGGING MINUTES OF MEETING

A meeting of all the staff members of the J.S. Singh Institute of Pharmacy was held in the conference room and was presided over by Dr. Bhumika Yogi Director, J.S. Singh Institute of Pharmacy, Sitapur on 23 September 2023 at03:00 pm.

The following points were discussed with inputs from the staff members:
Formation of Anti-ragging committee:-
The consensus was arrived on following points-
- Discussion on the ways to prevent ragging in the institution.
- A student committee will be formed to keep an eye on the students.
- The following faculty members are in the anti-ragging committee and will look into the specific instances of ragging and complaints of ragging and suggest appropriate action/punishment.
- Meeting of anti-ragging committee with the students of anti-ragging squad will be held weekly.
