MINUTES OF MEETING

Meeting of all the consent faculty members of the JSSIOP was held in the conference room, presided over by the Dr. Bhumika Yogi Director J.S.Singh Institute Of Pharmacy, Sitapur on 02 December 2023.

At the outset, the undersigned welcomed all the staff members to the meeting of the current academic year.
Then the following points were discussed:
- To redress the balance between men and women.
- To increase both the quality and quality of women in higher education.
- To develop for women a range of training strategies and materials that will be replicable or may be adapted for use in the institution.
- To develop gender management system in the institution.
- To continue the training programme for women with assistance foe embedding these in the institution. Creating and increasing resources of training modals and study materials.
- To initiate gender sensitization for women and to develop courses and course materials that may be accessed through staff development programs.
Formation of Women Safety and Gender Sensitization Cell
